We understand that logging in to report issues can get annoying; another password to remember, system to learn, site to visit, etc., so we've added email support ticket automation.

All registered Smart Gravity members can email "support@smartgravity.com" and a ticket will be created automatically and you will receive a confirmation email in return.  Any replies to your ticket will also be emailed to you, and better yet, all you have to do is reply back if you need to ask more questions or continue the ticket!  If you have questions or want to refer back to previous tickets, you can access your full ticket log by logging in and you can still submit tickets while logged in through our system as well.

Please allow up to 5 minutes for the ticket to be created and remember to email from the address that is registered with our system.  If you email from an address not registered with us, you'll receive an email asking you to check your email address or to please log in.  As usual though, if you have trouble logging in or emailing us at support, you can always Contact Us here.
